Egg 2 Qty
Milk 2 Cup
Liquid Oil 1 Tbsp
Flour 2 Cup
Salt 1 Tsp
Granulated Sugar 1 Tsp
Baking Powder (Or Baking Soda) 1 Tsp
Butter 1 Tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl and add salt. Beat until homogenized, add milk, sugar, oil and mix.
  2. Add the baking powder to the liquid mixture, little by little, and add the mixed flour (using a wire strainer). Continue whisking until you get a smooth boza consistency.
  3. Lightly grease a flat pan (preferably a crepe pan) with butter. Pour a ladleful of crepe mixture into the pan heated over medium heat. Tilt the pan and spread the mixture over the entire pan in a thin layer.
