Red Capia Pepper | 1 | Qty | ||

Liquid Oil | 4 | Tbsp |
Instructions:

Prepare the potatoes: After peeling the potatoes, grate with the thin side of the grater and squeeze the excess water thoroughly.

Add the spices: Add salt and the spices you want to grated potatoes and mix well.

Prepare the Pyrex: Lubricate your pyrex with butter or oil and spread equally on grated potatoes.

Add the top ingredients: Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese, sliced sausages and peppers you chopped on the potatoes.
