Practical Lentil Soup Recipe

Dry Onion (Oversized) | 1 Qty | ||
Flour | 1 Tbsp | ||
Garlic (Optional) | 2 Clove | ||
Liquid Oil | 1/2 Half Cup | ||
Butter | 1 Tbsp | ||
Fine Salt | 1 Tsp (large) | ||
Black Pepper | 1 Tsp | ||
Tomato or Pepper Paste (Optional) | 1 Tbsp | ||
Chili Pepper (Optional) | 1 Tsp | ||
Ingredients for Service: | |||
Butter (Optional) | 2 Tbsp | ||
Chili Pepper | 1 Tsp (large) | ||
Dried Mint | 1 Tsp |
Steps:

Pass the red lentils in plenty of water and wait in warm water until you prepare other ingredients.

Meanwhile, heat the oil and butter in a pot and add the flour. Fry by turning for 1-2 minutes.

Peel the onion and chop it roughly. Add onion and garlic to the roasted flour and stir together for 3-4 minutes.

If you prefer a soup with tomato paste, add the tomato paste at this stage. Add the washed lentils and mix 3-4 times.

Add salt and spices and add 5-6 glasses of hot water and mix. Cook and check for 10-15 minutes in the pressure cooker.

Pass the cooked material through the blender and get a smooth consistency. Share your soup to the bowls.

Heat the butter you have taken to a sauce and add red chili pepper and mint. Close the bottom of the foaming oil and immediately walk over the bowls and serve your soup with lemon. Enjoy your meal!
