Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Even those who do not like zucchini will like this most delicious and fluffy form of zucchini. You can take it from the pan and serve it hot as a side dish next to your grills, or you can serve it as a cold appetizer with garlic yoghurt. Enjoy your meal!

Baking Powder (1 Package) | 10 | Grams | ||
Sparkling Water (1 Bottle) | 200 | Ml |

Garlic Yogurt Sauce | 1 | Qty | ||

Instructions:

Take the outer skins of the zucchini and slice it 0.5 cm thick, add salt and set aside.

For the frying slurry (pane), beat the eggs. Add half a bottle of soda. Mix the flour, salt, baking soda or baking powder mixture and add it to the liquids and mix gently, do not beat too much.

Rinse the zucchini and dry thoroughly with a paper towel.

Heat your oil in a deep pan.

Leave the zucchini dipped in the slurry into the oil so that they do not overlap, and fry them until golden brown, then remove them on a paper towel and remove the excess oil.

If you wish, you can serve it with a hot sauce, as a hot side dish next to your grills, or as a cool appetizer with garlic yoghurt. Enjoy your meal !
