Smoked Turkey Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

Turkey Meat (Smoked) | 60 | Grams | ||
Toast Bread (Wholegrain) | 6 | Slice | ||
Mayonnaise (Low Fat) | 1.5 | Tbsp | ||
Labneh Cheese | 1.5 | Tbsp | ||
Pickled Cucumber | 3 | Qty | ||
Curly Lettuce (Fresh) | 6 | Leaves | ||
Grain Black Pepper (Freshly Ground) | 2 | Tsp | ||
Salt | 1 | Tsp |
Instructions:

Mix mayonnaise and labneh (fresh cheese or any spreadable cheese) in a bowl and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. If you like it hot, you can add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes to this sauce.

Wash the curly young lettuce leaves, dry them with a paper towel and cut them into large pieces with your hands. Thinly slice the pickled gherkins.

Spread the cheese mayonnaise mixture on one side of the toast. Place the pickled gherkins. Layer two smoked turkey slices on each sandwich, folding them in half. Place lettuce leaves on them and cover them with other slices of bread.

Cut the sandwiches diagonally with a sharp knife, fix them with a toothpick so that they do not fall apart and serve cold. Enjoy your meal.

Note: If you are not going to consume your sandwiches right away, you can wrap them whole with cling film without cutting them and store them in the refrigerator.
