Stale Bread Ravioli

You can try this delicious recipe to evaluate stale breads, and you can deceive your brain as if you were eating a ravioli with plenty of minced meat. This recipe -like recipe created by the days of economic crisis will be much more delicious for you because it is fried in oil. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients for Meatball:
Stale Bread (Shellless) 1   Qty
Dry Onion (Grater) 1   Qty
Cumin 2   Tsp
Garlic (crushed) 2   Clove
Parsley (Finely Chopped) 1/2   Bunch
Black Pepper 2   Tsp
Egg 1   Qty
Chicken Broth (To Wet The Breads) 1   Cup
Ingredients for Frying:
Liquid Oil 2   Cup
Ingredients for Sauce:
Garlic Yogurt Sauce 1   Bowl
Butter 2   Tbsp
Dried Mint 1   Tsp (large)
Chili Pepper 1   Tsp (large)

Steps:

  1. Separate the stale bread from the shells and soak it with chicken broth (cold) or drinking water in a bowl. Crumble the soaked bread inside or pass through the mixer.
  2. Peel the dry onion and garlic and grate. Extract the parsley leaves and chop finely.
  3. Put the whole ingredient in a deep container. Add the spices and 1 egg. Knead until the meatball consistency is taken. The meatball mortar should be intensively rounded.
  4. If the meatball mortar is runny, add some more bread or breadcrumbs. Close the mortar with stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Take the oil into the frying pan and heat it.
  6. Cut the walnut -sized pieces from the meatball mortar and roll in your palm. Fry the meatballs you get from time to time by stirring in medium heat until pink.
  7. Prepare the crushed garlic yogurt for sauce. Heat the butter and fry the red stamp pepper. Put the yogurt over the bread ravioli. Serve hot hot and hot with pepper butter sauce and dry mint or with chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
  8. Menu recommendation: Plateau soup, carrot tarator, bread ravioli, tahini halva.
