Vegetable Chips (Herb Dip Sauce) Recipe

As a healthy snack, you can prepare low -fat and oven chips from vegetables. These chips will create a magnificent flavor duo with a yoghurt -based, fresh grassy bottom sauce. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients:

Potatoes | 2 Qty | ||
Carrot | 2 Qty | ||
Zucchini | 1 Qty | ||
Red Capia Pepper ((Optional)) | 1 Qty | ||
Beet ((Optional)) | 1 Qty | ||
Olive Oil | 1 Tbsp | ||
Ingredients for Sauce: | |||
Strained Yogurt | 1 Bowl | ||
Olive Oil | 1 Tsp (large) | ||
Fresh Mint | 1/4 Bunch | ||
Lemon (Freshly Squeezed Water) | 1/2 Qty |
Steps:

Clean the outer shells of the vegetables thoroughly under the water with the help of sponge. It is recommended that you do not peel to protect their forms.

Finely chop the vegetables you clean with vegetable slicer (mandolin) or grape knife of the grater. Blend with salt, pepper and olive oil in a deep bowl.

Cool the cooking paper on the baking tray. Take the vegetables on the tray and place it in a way that does not overlap.

Change the colors in a 175 degree heated oven and bake until it dries. Remove the paper towel and let it rest.

Extract and wash the fresh mint leaves for sauce. Finely chop it without passing too much. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper according to your taste.

You can take the sauce to the bowls and serve it as a snack with vegetable chips. Enjoy your meal!
