Vegetarian Potato Ravioli (Easy Potatoes with Yogurt Sauce) Recipe
By using potatoes instead of white flour, you can make a meatless ravioli in a satisfying and practical way and get a taste close to it. Enjoy your meal!

Instructions:

Wash the potatoes, pierce them with a toothpick in one or two places and boil them for about 15-20 minutes until they are soft.

In the meantime, for the sauce, take 2 cups of yogurt in a bowl and whisk until you get a smooth consistency. Peel the garlic, crush it with 1 teaspoon of salt and mix it with the yogurt.

Rinse the boiled potatoes while they are hot and peel the skins off. Add butter and salt to the potatoes you bought in a mixing bowl. Mash well with the help of a masher.

Wet a flat glass baking dish with water, take the mashed potatoes into the bowl, flatten them without pressing too much.

Lightly burn the red pepper flakes in the oil you have heated for the butter sauce. Serve hot by drizzling 2 spoons of yoghurt sauce and pepper oil on the sliced potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
