Instructions:

Heat the oils: Heat butter and olive oil over medium heat in a pan. Wait until completely melted and slightly angry.

Add the tomatoes: carefully place the tomatoes that you sliced 1-2 cm thick in the heated oil.

Add the garlic: Divide two cloves of garlic into several pieces and add them between the tomatoes.

Turn the tomatoes: For a few minutes, after cooking the bottom of the tomatoes, carefully turn it with a spatula and cook the other sides.

Add the spices: Sprinkle with all other spices on tomatoes, except salt. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. If you want, you can remove garlic from the pan.
