Caesar Sauce Recipe
The secret of a magnificent Caesar salad is in this sauce: besides, this sauce is one of the best accompaniments to your chicken or fish dishes. You can also try it on steamed vegetables and canapes with olive paste. Enjoy your meal!

Instructions:

Keep the eggs at room temperature and separate the whites and yolks. Take lemon juice in mixing bowl. Add the egg yolks and beat the lemon into the yolks with a whisk.

Then, while it continues to boil, slowly pour the olive oil into the eggs by running it like a twine.

Add the mustard while continuing to whisk.

Chop the fresh herbs as finely as possible with a knife, do not use a rondo. In this way, there will be no unnecessary loss of vitamins and water.

Again, crush the finely chopped fresh garlic in a mortar with a pinch of salt and add to the sauce.
