Cayenne Pepper (Atom) Appetizer

Strained Yogurt 2.5   Cup
Chili Pepper (Pain) 1   Tsp (large)
Garlic (crushed) 2   Clove
Liquid Oil 1   Tbsp
Butter 3   Tbsp
Salt 1   Tsp

Steps:

  1. Fry the dried cayenne peppers in hot oil, turning them, until they turn a light brown color and remove them on a paper towel.
  2. Crush the garlic with the back of a knife on a cutting board and chop finely.
  3. Add the garlic to the strained yogurt and beat for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Crush half of the fried cayenne peppers with your hands, remove the seeds, add them to the yoghurt mixture and mix.
  5. Transfer it to a wide serving plate and smooth the mixture with the help of a spoon.
  6. Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the chili peppers until foamy.
  7. Add the remaining fried cayenne peppers on top of your appetizer and garnish with toasted red pepper flakes butter and serve warm or cold. Enjoy your meal!
  8. Note: For starters, you can serve this appetizer with slices of toast. You can also use the leftover pepper yoghurt mixture as a spicy poached by slightly diluting it and adding poach (whole egg cooked in water). Enjoy your meal!
