Take the oatmeal in a rondo and grind until it turns into flour. Combine cornmeal, ground and floured oatmeal, salt, spices and baking powder in a mixing bowl and mix.
Peel the onions and grate them finely. Take a wire strainer and crush the onion juice to extract it. Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture, add onion juice, olive oil and warm water little by little and make a dough.
When the dough gets a soft but non-sticky consistency, stretch it and let it rest at room temperature for 1/2 hour.
Lay the baking paper on the counter and put the dough in the middle. Put a second piece of paper on it and roll it out in the shape and size of your tray with a rolling pin. Take the top baking sheet and make triangular cuts with a pizza cutter or knife. Put it on the tray with the baking paper at the bottom without disturbing the shapes.
Heat your oven to 150 degrees with a fan. If you wish, sprinkle a pinch of black cumin on the chips. Put the chips in the oven and fry them in a controlled manner (approximately 25-30 minutes) until they turn pink and crispy.
Leave the chips you have taken from the oven to cool on the tray, uncovered. When it cools down, you can break it into pieces on a paper towel and store it in a jar, and serve it with dip sauces as a snack whenever you want. Enjoy your meal!
