Oven Pasta

Baked pasta in its simplest form. This pasta recipe, which does not take much effort and time, can accompany your grills, meat and chicken dishes, even on its own, it is very nutritious and delicious. Bon appetit!

Ingredients for Eat:
Thick Spaghetti 1/2   Package
Liquid Oil 1   Tbsp
Ingredients for Béchamel Sauce:
Butter 2   Tbsp
Liquid Oil 1   Tbsp
Flour 3   Tbsp
Milk 2   Cup
Kashar (Cheddar) (Planed) 1/2   Cup
Nutmeg Grated 1/2   Tsp
Ingredients for Over:
Kashar (Cheddar) 1   Cup

Steps:

  1. Add salt to plenty of water in a deep pot, boil the pasta for 6-7 minutes without breaking it, and strain it. Do not rinse. Drizzle a little oil on it.
  2. For the bechamel sauce, heat the butter and olive oil and fry the flour until it turns pink. Heat the milk and gradually add it to the flour, stirring constantly. When it gets the consistency of dark boza, turn gold, add grated cheddar, salt, black pepper and nutmeg grated and remove from fire.
  3. Put the boiled pasta in bechamel sauce and mix well by turning it upside down.
  4. Thoroughly grease the sides and bottom of a glass baking dish (or lay baking paper) and pour the mixture into the bowl and smooth the top.
  5. Take it out after baking it in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. 5 minutes before serving, sprinkle a glass of grated cheddar on it and bake until golden brown, slice and serve hot. Bon Appetit!
