Sausage Pizza

The most enjoyable version of pizza at home: Sausage pizza! This recipe, which you can prepare with simple ingredients, will be as tasty as anything you eat outside. A practical dinner or snack option that you can enjoy with your family. You can optionally customize it according to your own taste by adding different cheeses, vegetables and spices.

Ingredients:

For 4 people

For the Pastry:
Dry Yeast 1 Package
Flour 3 Cup
Granulated Sugar 1 Tsp (large)
Water (Warm) 1 Cup
Salt 1 Tsp (large)
Liquid Oil 1 Tbsp
For the Hot Dog:
Sausage 1 Package
Kashar (Cheddar) 1 Bowl
Tomato Paste 1 Tsp (large)
Pepper Paste 1 Tsp (large)
Water (To Melt The Tomato Paste) 1/2 Half Cup
Olive Oil (After Applying The Tomato Paste, It Will Be Poured By Moving It Around.) 1 Tbsp
Olive Oil (To Spread On The Last Pizza) 1 Tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Knead the dough: Knead all the ingredients of the pizza dough thoroughly in a deep bowl. Then cover it with a clean cloth.
  2. Let the dough rest: Leave the covered dough to ferment for about an hour.
  3. Roll out the dough: Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the counter and roll out the dough to 2 cm thick using a rolling pin.
  4. Add sauce and cheese: Carefully place the dough on a tray covered with baking paper. Spread the melted tomato paste on the dough, drizzle olive oil on it and spread the cheddar cheese.
  5. Arrange the ingredients: Arrange the sausage and any other ingredients you want on the pizza dough. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Leave to ferment: Leave the prepared pizza to ferment on the tray for another 10 minutes.
  7. Bake the pizza: Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Slice the cooked sausage pizza and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
