Shave Ice With Watermelon

This is very easy to prepare and practical summer dessert, which is viral on social media in times, is ideal for cooling on hot summer days. Since you can sweeten it as you wish, it offers us a way to evaluate instead of throwing a watermelon that is unpleasant and colorless.

Watermelon (4 Equal Slices, Seedless) 1/4   Qty
Yogurt (Low Fat) 4   Tbsp
Honey (Or Maple Tree Syrup) 4   Tsp (large)
Fresh Mint 10   Leaves
Lemon Juice (Fresh-squeezed) 4   Tsp (large)

Steps:

  1. Cut the watermelon and slice it by cleaning the seeds. Divide the slices into triangles so that they can grate. Place in a tray that can enter the dondurucus so as not to overlap.
  2. Cover the watermelons with stretch film and freeze for 35-40 minutes.
  3. Take 4 cup cups and put 1 spoon of yogurt on their bottoms. Grate the watermelons with the thin side of the grater and share them in the cups. Freshly squeezed 1 teaspoon of lemon (or lime).
  4. Put 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup on them. Decorate with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices and serve cold.
