Grain Black Pepper (Freshly Ground) 1/2 Tsp
For the Service:
Chili Pepper 1 Tsp (large)
Butter 1 Rounded Tbsp
Parsley (Finely Chopped) 1/4 Bunch

Instructions:

  1. If you can give up fat and salt, you can add it to your diet menu as a great soup that burns fat and relieves edema. Or give it credit, it's a delicious hot start. Start by washing 1/4 cabbage and finely chopping it.
  2. Chop the onions coarsely. Take it in a deep pan and saute it in oil or butter that you have heated until you sweat. Add 1 spoon of flour, tomato paste and sauté for 5 more minutes for consistency.
  3. Clean a carrot, pass it through the large mesh of the grater, add it to the roasted onions and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the chopped cabbage and fry for 2-3 minutes with salt and pepper. Add the hot water (or chicken stock) to the soup, bring it to boil and cook for about 25-30 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  4. If you are going to detox, reduce the amount of oil and do not add flour during the roasting stage. Instead of dill, chop half a bunch of parsley and add it to the soup before taking it off the fire. Put all the ingredients in a hand blender. Add cayenne pepper.
  5. If you wish, garnish with hot chili peppers that you have burned in butter and serve hot. Bon Appetit!
  6. Note: If you like grainy soup, you can serve it without a blender.
